VitalCall provides you with peace of mind, a sense of independence and a commitment that in any emergency situation, help is only as far as a simple push of a button, without the need to use a telephone. 

The VitalCall Personal Response Unit is small and unobtrusive. Installation requirements are minimal, the unit simply plugs into a telephone and power point. 

 The VitalCall Personal Response Unit offers:

+ Up to five programmable reminders that can be used to for instance prompt taking medication or to do blood glucose testing
+ a temperature and time announcement
+ an 'are you up' announcement
+ the ability to make phone calls for up to 48 hours should the mains be interrupted
+ the ability for the user to answer incoming calls by pressing the telephone button or pendant

Pendant Options

VitalCall offers the flexibility of 3 types of pendants to choose from: a neck pendant, wrist pendant and a brooch pendant. All these pendants have a range of up to 100 metres and are waterproof. Coverage can vary from site to site due to RF interference. 

Long Range Pendant

If you spend a lot of time around the home, you may prefer the VitalCall long range pendant. It has a 300 metre range and is water resistant. Coverage can vary due to RF interference.

Universal Transmitter

The universal transmitter can be activated by any skin contact. Contact can be made by either touching the top surfaced or the specialised external switch or sensor. 

Are you Up Function

The VitalCall Personal Response Unit has a built in motion sensor that can detect if no movement has taken place within a set time.
* This function is not ideal in cases where pets live in your home.
