VitalCall EVE 3G is designed to send an alert for assistance when a customer presses the help button or sensor is activated within the home and garden area. Alerts are received by VitalCall's 24/7 Response Centre so help can be organised.

The new Pearl pendant also has an activation light function. This means when an individual presses their Pearl help button and the medical alert is received by the unit the outer edge of Pearl flashes red to let the user know their alert for help has been received, providing reassurance that help is being summoned with VitalCall's response centre.
